Artistic Director, Michael Vaughn
A Fishers resident and violinist, Michael Vaughn, has been well known to audiences throughout Indiana for over a decade. He soloed with the Richmond Symphony, where he serves as Associate Concert-master, in March 2007. A graduate of the world renowned Indiana University School of Music, Michael received his Bachelor's and two Master's degrees in music, with Highest Distinction, and was awarded a highly coveted Fellowship. As well as being a musician, he is a nationally recognized leader in technology. An Assistant Dean for Information Systems at Indiana University School of Nursing, Michael brings a wealth of leadership, experience, and talent in a variety of areas to his dual role as Artistic Director and Violinist of the Fishers Chamber Orchestra. He and his wife, Nana, are raising three young children in Fishers.
Executive Director, Nana Gaskins Vaughn
Nana Gaskins Vaughn brings a variety of experience to her role as Executive Director. A graduate of Indiana University School of Music, she received her 
Bachelor’s degree in Violin Performance, and Master’s degree in Music Education while studying the viola with renowned violist Atar Arad. A very well respected violist, she is a frequent substitute musician with the Indianapolis Symphony, and Principal Viola with the Richmond Symphony. She was Music Director of the Philharmonic and Debut Orchestras in New World Youth Orchestras for at total of seven years
, where she was very hands on in the day-to-day operations , while also serving as Business Manager for one of the most active string quartets in Indiana. Her many duties with the Fishers Chamber Orchestra include website maintenance, fundraising, concert development, marketing, and personnel administration, as well as performing as a violist with the group.
